la maison de bocuse est comme son portrait, tres kitsh.
les couleurs choisies sont tres belles
I think I prefer just the natural color of masonry but he has put some effort into the paintwork and decoration.
"Each day, a photo about Lyon to discover a mysterious and beautiful city, thanks to one of its unhabitants !"
Peace and Goodwill, from Tenerife (Spain).
I've had the good fortune to eat at this Paul Bocuse restaurant 3 times. The first time was devine, so I didn't feel bad about pay 500 euros for two people. The second time (couple of years later) was almost as good. However, he was in his 70s by then and I think finding it a bit hard to manage absolutely everything. The third (and definitely last time) was terrible. The food was still very elaborate, but the preparation didn't match what I would expect from a medium-class restaurant, let alone a 3-star one. Monsieur Bocuse was 80 at that time and I'm afraid that the people he delegated to in the kitchen have very badly let him down. Out of a douzen courses, perhaps two were acceptable.
Still, it is a fine photo.
Very colorful! I've never eaten any of the cuisine of this legendary chef. One day I hope too. Happy New Year from Maui!
Some more photos please! We shall be there next week to celebrate an important birthday. Chose Lyon from all cities in the world because of reputation for excellent food.

Some great photos here, Lyon looks lovely, it is twinned with my home town Birmingham, which is maybe not quite so pretty!
